当下，全球能源转型在错综复杂的环境下持续推进，能效水平逐步提升，可再生能源装机规模快速增长，但实现《巴黎协定》相关目标依旧任重道远。作为能源生产和消费大国，中国是加速全球能源转型进展的关键国家。随着“双碳”目标稳步推进，中国能源转型中长期战略不断完善，从“能耗双控”迈向“碳排放双控”。我们与国内外智库、行业协会、企业等主要相关方紧密合作，在供给端加速清洁能源对化石能源的替代；在需求侧激发重点行业、企业和园区的绿色用能意识，探索经济可行的绿色能源消费路径；加强国际对话与合作，支持非洲、东南亚等重点区域的可再生能源多场景开发应用；促进全球可再生能源产业链的韧性发展和资源高效利用。
