Ruiyun is the Project Coordinator of Climate and Energy Program, Sustainable Transition Center, WRI China, responsible for project operation and project management. She mainly focuses on Low Carbon Transition and Energy Transition in Yangtze River Delta Region, Sustainable Business and Methane projects.

Before joining WRI China, she had worked for Energy Research Institute of NDRC and mainly responsible for project management.

Ruiyun holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
